How long will my order take to arrive

 

Orders are processed and prepared to be shipped within 2-5 business days. Delivery times may take 1-3 weeks(business days) from the time of purchase to shipping your order worldwide unless it is specified in the product description. Sometimes we have special sales with priority shipping e.g. 3-8 days shipping. Shipping times can be found in the product description on all products as well, as shipping times will sometimes vary depending on the item in particular.

 

How does the shipping work?

 

MR Sneaker works with global merchants and top quality handmade artisans in order to provide you with the best prices and the most awesome innovative products. This means that your order is shipped from all over the world. Our shipping methods for majority of our shipments are USPS and FedEx.

 

Because we ship directly from our partners and a lot of our products are high demand, your item(s) may take 1-3 weeks(business days) to arrive. If you buy different items it is possible that you will receive more than one package. Please do not worry if it does not show up immediately. We provide tracking numbers with every number as well.

Our offices are located in Spain. Our warehouses are located in Asia.

 

Do you provide shipping tracking number?

 

After placing your order, you will receive an email within 2-3 days with your tracking number  to check the status of your order. (it may take some time to be updated)

 

I received a damaged item. What can I do ?

 

We are really sorry to hear that.

Simply send us a photo of the damaged item in question to the email address: hi@mrsneaker.shop

 

We will then send you a replacement item as soon as possible.

Any damage you may notice on its packaging cannot be taken into account for a replacement of your product.

 

I used a wrong shipping address. Can I change it?

 

You can change your shipping address within 24 hours after the purchase. To do so, please follow the steps below:

Insert the subject line: "Error modification postal address"

Attach your order number to your email.

 

If your shipping address change request occurs after 24 hours after your purchase, we will no longer be able to change your address and no refund will be made.

 

I still have not received my order ?

 

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping may take longer than expected due to the pandemic restrictions and/or customs clearance process. You can, however, track your order and see where it is at any time.

Do you have a refund policy?

 

We do our best to resolve any issue our customers may have with their orders.

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return your product  and request a full refund.
